Melanie is a seasoned property management entrepreneur thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of both residential and commercial property management. A Florida International University alumnus, Melanie has been working in the property management field for over a decade and has managed everything from a ten unit condominium association to a sixty million dollar commercial property in downtown Miami, FL. Melanie founded Living Miami Management in order to use her expertise and focus it on increasing the quality of life in and preserving the investment value of elite communities throughout Miami Dade County. Living Miami Management is a culmination of her lifetime dedication to learning, diligence and commitment.

Yanneth is a graduate of Queens College in New York and has over seventeen years of experience in the accounting field. Her work experience encompasses all aspects of financial reporting in real estate from construction to building management. She is well versed in all forms of financial reporting including reconciliations, budget preparation, and annual financial auditing. Yanneth has worked for such well known national and international companies such as Allen Morris, Terremark and Taylor Woodrow. Yanneth became a partner of Living Miami Management in 2008.

Bertie Gonzalez, Director of Operations

Bertie has over twenty years of administrative experience and is also a marketing and organizational consultant who has been involved with Living Miami Management since its inception. She is responsible for developing and overseeing all of our office systems as well as our marketing, advertising and client base development. She has worked in a variety of industries including property management, real estate, and not for profits and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity International University.

Alicia De La Torre

Alicia De La Torre, Junior Accountant

Alicia is responsible for assisting with the bookkeeping and accounting data entry as well as the financial reports. She works directly with Yanneth on the day to day tasks associated with the financial management of the associations and is the lead contact for our accounting department. In addition to her financial background, Alicia has extensive customer service experience in a variety of service related industries and is currently attending Miami-Dade Community College.
